Description

A pack of 5 Photoshop Brushes ideal for painting leather texture. Every brush is fully dynamic – these are not stamp textures. You can use this pack in your paintings or designs.

They are designed to be used on shaded objects or a dark background with the color of the main light source.

The first one is for painting aniline leather. Best used for covers or man-made objects. The second brush is for painting a rugged, grainy, less refined leather texture. The third one is hornback leather texture, often used on vintage fashion items. The fourth texture resembles artificial leather. The last brush is a smooth leather texture. It can be used on clothes, bags, belts, or other wearable items and accessories.

Frequently asked questions

Is "5 Leather Brushes" free to download?
Yes, this resource is free to download from MyPhotoshopBrushes, with no signup and no paywall. It is published under the Free for Commercial Use license, which allows commercial use. See the license panel on this page for the exact terms.
What file format does this download use?
The download is a ZIP archive containing .ABR files (plus .TPL). Unzip it first, then use the files inside.
How do I use it in Photoshop?
Download the .ABR file and double-click it. Photoshop imports the set and appends it to the Brushes panel automatically. You can also drag the file onto the Photoshop window, or open Window → Brushes and choose Import Brushes from the panel menu.
What is the .TPL file format?
A .TPL file is a Photoshop Tool Preset, a saved tool configuration that bundles a brush tip with its paint settings (opacity, flow, pressure dynamics). Load it via Window → Tool Presets and choose Load Tool Presets from the panel menu; the presets appear in the Tool Presets picker at the left end of the options bar.
